Internal Peace Counseling & Wellness addresses concerns in adolescents, adults, families, couples, and those struggling with life changes, and mental illnesses such as depression, anxiety, trauma, and relationship issues. I work with all people regardless of race, age, national origin, sex, gender, marital status, disability, religious, or political affiliation, or sexual identity or orientation. Therapeutic approaches include Christian Counseling, Client Focus, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Eclectic, Family / Marital, Person-Centered, Reality Therapy, Solution Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT).

Individual Sessions
Individual sessions are aimed at helping you gain clarity over your life, work on personal strengths and goals, build self-esteem and improve qualities within yourself. We will identify mental health concerns and explore spiritual and physical aspects of your life that need fulfillment to help achieve restoration, healing and progress. I assist individuals deal with all types of stressors and provide a safe space that clients can come and release their feelings.

Pre-Martial Sessions
Premarital Counseling has proven to be effective for helping couples prepare for the next stage of their relationship. I help couples identify both couple and individual strengths and growth areas. We will cover a variety of topics such as communication, conflict resolution, finances and more. I believe in assisting couples in developing a plan for their marriage by focusing on what couples want their marriage to look and feel like. Through counseling, I work with couples to break down the unrealistic ideas they have of marriage, and instead develop and set realistic goals for their future together.

We work with couples to rebuild their trust in each other and assist in helping couples work together as one unit. This treatment focuses not only on the partnership dynamic but on how everyone as an individual contributes to that dynamic as a whole.
